Do I need to wait for a new case to begin?
No, new members always start with Month 01 of the current mystery.
What happens after I finish a case?
Once you've received all three months and the mystery is solved, your subscription continues with the next original case.
Is shipping included?
Yes, worldwide shipping is included in the subscription price.
Is the mail tracked?
To keep the subscription affordable and true to the spirit of traditional letter-writing, all deliveries are sent as untracked letter mail through Australia Post.
How long will delivery take?
Australian deliveries typically arrive within 3-10 business days after dispatch. International deliveries may take longer depending on destination and local postal services.
Who creates the stories, puzzles, and artwork?
Everything is created by me - the stories, puzzles, clues, artwork, and overall experience.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will be charged on the same date each month as the day you originally subscribed. For example, if you join on the 7th, future subscription payments will be processed on the 7th each month unless you cancel beforehand.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. If you experience any issues accessing your account, you can also contact me at thedetectivepuzzleclub@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist. To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. If payment has already been processed, that month's envelope will be prepared and shipped, and the cancellation will take effect for future renewals.
