Shipping policy

All Detective Puzzle Mail Club packages are packed and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. 

Subscription sigh-ups close on the 15th of each month. Packages are then prepared and shipped during the second half of the month. 

All subscription packages are sent via Australia Post untracked mail. 

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia and additional time for international deliveries depending on destination and local postal services.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thedetectivepuzzleclub@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
