Subscription & Cancellation Policy
The Detective Puzzle Mail Club ia a recurring monthly subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at thedetectivepuzzleclub@gmail.com.
To avoid being charged for the next month's letter, cancellations must be made before the monthly billing date.
If a payment has already been processed, that month's letter will still be shipped and the cancellation will take effect for future renewals.
Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments that already been processed.
If your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time. If this occurs, active subscribers will be notified in advance.
Canceling your subscription may result in missing future chapters of an ongoing mystery storyline.
