Refund policy

Because each monthly mystery package is produced in limited quantities and includes custom printed materials, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. 

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• An item arrives damaged.
• The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
