Do I need to wait for a new case to begin?
Not at all! New members always begin with Month 01, so you'll experience the case from the very beginning and follow your own story timeline. Case 01 is currently open for new members.
What happens after I finish a case?
Once you've received all three months and the mystery is solved, your subscription continues with the next original case.
When are the letters sent?
First letters for new members are mailed every Friday. Join by 12 pm Friday to be included in that week's mailing. Following letters are sent around the 16th-20th of each month.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide to all destinations served by Australia Post.
Is the mail tracked?
To keep the subscription affordable and true to the spirit of traditional letter-writing, all deliveries are sent as untracked letter mail through Australia Post.
How long will delivery take?
Australian deliveries typically arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Estimate international delivery times:
New Zealand: 2-3 weeks (usually around 2 weeks)
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Asia: 3-4 weeks
USA & Canada: around 4 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
Who creates the stories, puzzles, and artwork?
Everything is created by me - the stories, puzzles, clues, artwork, and overall experience.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will be charged on the same date each month as the day you originally subscribed. For example, if you join on the 7th, future subscription payments will be processed on the 7th each month unless you cancel beforehand.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. If you experience any issues accessing your account, you can also contact me at thedetectivepuzzleclub@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist. To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. If payment has already been processed, that month's envelope will be prepared and shipped, and the cancellation will take effect for future renewals.
