Choose to gift one case, two cases, or a full year of mysteries. You pay once when you order, and the recipient receives a new letter each month — complete with the story, a story-based crossword, questions, hidden clues, and collectible artwork inspired by the world of the mystery. 

Each detective case unfolds over three months, giving them time to follow the story, notice the clues, make their own theories, and try to solve the mystery before the final reveal.

Three monthly letters. One complete detective mystery.

2 Cases — 6 Months

Six monthly letters. Two complete detective mysteries.

4 Cases — 1 Year

Twelve monthly letters. Four complete detective mysteries. 

You pay once. They receive letters throughout the gift period. The gift membership ends automatically after the final letter.

How It Works

• Choose how long you'd like the gift to last.
• Select Gift Subscription or Birthday Gift.
• Enter the recipient's name and delivery address.
• Pay once for the entire gift period.
• Their first letter is sent, followed by a new letter each month.

Every recipient begins with Month 01, at the beginning of a mystery.

Shipping and Mailing

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the recipient's destination and the length of the gift membership. Shipping is paid once and covers every letter sent throughout the entire gift period.

The recipient's first letter will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.  Following letters will be sent with our regular monthly mailing, within a few days after the 15th of each month. 

Please keep the mailing schedule in mind if you are purchasing the membership for a birthday or another special date, as letters cannot be scheduled to arrive on a specific day.

Estimate Delivery Times

Once the letter has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Australia — around 5-7 business days

New Zealand — around 2-3 weeks

Europe — around 2-3 weeks

USA & Canada — around 4 weeks

Asia — around 3-4 weeks

These are estimated delivery times only and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services. 

The First Letter

The recipient's first envelope will include their gift card, so they'll know that someone has chosen a membership to The Detective Puzzle Club especially for them.

From there, the mystery begins.
